I was on my way to Detroit Metro Airport this morning to catch an early flight and noticed up ahead a very distinctive set of taillights in the dark. If you've seen the pictures it is obvious that the lights are a new Mustang, even in the dark. It was on I-94 west, going through Detroit but not far from Dearborn, about 5 a.m. - had manufacturer plates on it.
As I got alonside it I noticed that there was a cobra on the fender. I dropped back a little to check out the tail in "real life". The pictures don't do it justice. It looked very nice in real life. And the distinctive look to it still says "Mustang" with the triple lights - in the dark and lit up they have almost a 1970 look to them.
I couldn't get a good look at the hood and front end due to traffic and the street lights were inconsistently lit. What I could see was impressive though.
I liked the overall look of the car.
