apparently whipple is done with their testing and has a s/c in progress for the 2011 and i'd assume its for the 5.0
i believe it was either 4 or 6psi was 500-550hp.

this is gonna be one of the cars that it will probably be better to have a dealer install lol (since itll come with the pcm tuning that was heavily researched and developed)

This is interesting FI with I guess 11:1 cr. WOW.
the only reason its possible is because of how advanced the new pcm is. rumor is it will be a nightmare for aftermarket tuners for a while

I was thinking the same thing... that still worries me

keep in mind the boost is low, doubt you could push it much past the 6 psi
ya and 550+hp is more than enough lol

I was reading where just as the three valve, the rods are the weak link....Replace the rods in the 5.0 and then you are in buisness apparently. It will obviously be fine up to ~500hp I would imagine. 5.0 Mustang Mag's 19 Page spread showed much evidence of Ford making this motor FI in the future as it showed places where Ford made accomodations for a supercharger within its current setup so maybe Ford is preparing for some type of stock blower setup.

I was simply stating 550 was not enough, you know we always want more. lol. Also fazm they have your picture up in the parts and service area. They wouldn't warranty you on a Huffy.:geesturbed:
