Today my shop had a dyno day competition consisting of 3 clubs. My club (Stangs R US), Matt(WOTMC). and Twisted Stallions Mustang club.
Matthews club had 2 5.0's. One was all stock the other a cold air kit. The one with the cold air canned tune 93 octane 1st pull: 398RWHP/356torque, 2nd Pull: 404RWHP/386torque. The numbers with just a cold air kit are rediculous. There was a 3rd 5.0 there but he did not dyno. However he dynoed at the same shop before mustang week. His only modification was bassani mufflers. His Baseline was 377RWHP. Tuned 393RWHP.
