Many here on the collective have bought a part from Hotpart, most I assume haven't had the dealings I have had I'm sure since we typically buy things for our cars and if we don't have troubles we go on, occasionally we share the word how things are doing, or share how things have done when someone asks for a recommendation. I have been buying parts from Brian for almost 5 years now, 99% of the suspension parts on my cars are Hotpart parts, or sold by Hotpart, yes I have tried a couple of others in the interim but found the J&M brand is good quality stuff, great price, and I get things pretty damn quick. I have not had any failures or issues with any installed pieces I have. Brian has on numerous occasions answered emails, phone calls, etc. well after any business hours and has on more than one occasion sent me info or a piece/part I needed that I lost, misplaced, or some other self induced foolishness on my part, pretty good track record in my book.

Had 'em on my last 2 S197's and I'll have them on this one too. There's no replacement for good parts, good prices and good customer service.

Ditto, to a lot of what you said. I have a lot of their parts on my Mustang, and Brian's always been terrific about advice and support. He's prompt about replying to queries, too, which is appreciated. I always recommend them.
