GT Take-off Parts - 03-11-2006

I know some of you have them (front and rear bumper, fog lights, etc.) but where did you get them? Also, did they come pre-painted and if not, how much did ya pay for the painting?

Casco Tech is the place to get all of your GT take-offs.. reasonably priced IMO. They used to have a web site, but now looks like they sell only off of eBay.

Fast shipping, not too good in the communications department if you like using email for that purpose, but does have a cell phone and answers quickly via that method. I've gotten a few things from'em and am very happy

Got my new rear spoiler Wednesday from Casco, and my son and I swapped'em out yesterday afternoon (swapped with the original). Was cheaper to go this route, than to pull and paint.

My rear bumper cover came from....Ford (via a local body shop). I don't understand why the GT crowd doesn't "un-GT" their cars. That's what I'd do.

Can get them direct from saleen.

http://www.saleen.com/SC101_Services....php?menuId=19

I wasn't looking to order the whole kit so i gave them a call. I ordered the fr bumper, grill/lights, rear bumper, and side rockers and they quoted me $599 plus $130 shipping. when i received the box i also ended up getting the complete gt take off cat back exhaust and the y pipe to make it work. I have heard a few people say that when they ordered from casco that the paint on the parts was marked up somewhat. Saleen assured me that the parts i would get would be in new condition and they were exactly that when i got them. No complaints at all. I needed vista blue which they did not have in stock when i ordered. The guy told me that they would have one tore apart within a 2 week period of time. I think i actually received the box before that two weeks was up.
