New PB for my fox
went racing yesterday with the current setup...heres a vid of the dyno runs

best so far was 12.9 @ 104.7 N/A and 12.9 @ 112 on nitrous (with 100 shot)

now with a 125 shot and some mods on the carb (porting and buffin lol)

12.64 @ 117.49
1.9 60ft
8.38 @ 91.44 1/8

this is turning the system on in 2nd gear (i have m/t et street 255/50/16 with stock pony or i must say puny rims, 7" wide, thinking about getting them widened to keep the "stock" look)

overall very happy and hoping that with slicks to make better passes

how much u guys think the widening of the wheels may cost?

Is that a typo? You ran the same time as you did N/A as you did with a 100 shot? Oh, wait. Just noticed the higher trap speed of the nitrous run. Based on that alone, it looks like you need some bigger meats to get all the extra power to the ground! I think widening your current rims would be much more costly than finding some wider replicas! Im sure numerous companies offer replicas that are wider.

Congrats on a new pb. You do know those E7 heads are really slowing you down. Go with some aluminum heads and your ETs and traps will improve with decent traction. RHS has some budget aluminum heads that fow pretty well. have fun with it.

never heard of them

i did 12.9 @ 104.7 with slicks...the 12.9 @ 112 was on street tires

The E7 heads are slowing you down with their flow even P&P'd compared to some aluminum heads. You were spinning more with the street tires giving you a faster trap. I think if you just did some drag wheels painted black on the back with some meats, would look cool for the track. What mods suspension and chassis wise have you done? I do like the blacked out pony wheels, the car is a very sharp ride.

yea i'm thinking of buying some 26x8x15 with some blacked out wheels

chassis wise, i have no front or rear bumper supports (is that how its called?), no front sway bars, quad shocks removed and on the rear i have upper and lower control arms and 4cyl springs all around
