X-Charger Extreme Castings
Here are a couple of views of the new manifold and top plate assembly. The patterns to make these parts are in the process of being made this week!

I believe you did. I wonder how much more power one would make vs the MP90?

Nice design,
Very, nice design small question, how will it secure to the block, the original design has holes that utilize plugs, I know this is just an autocad 3d design but i was closely looking at the pictures and the rear opening is ok to reach the manifold screws, but the forward intake tubes have no way to reach. Unless there is ample space inside to be able to fit your hand in there before mounting the X-charger.

@logicoverload
The new manifold and top plate design will work with both the M90 and TVS R1900. The TVS R1900 has not been tested yet but will be part of the continuing evolution of the X-Charger if testing shows that it works well with the 4.0 V6. After the completion of the intercooler upgrade the TVS R1900 is next in line for testing. It will be quite some time before all that happens so if you are in the market for an X-Charger the M90 is still the way to go and is currently the only roots kit available for the 4.0 V6. Integrating new parts into an old design has been part of the reason this project has taken a while to get off the drawing board and into production.
@merlinv
What the pictures actually show is the manifold and top plate assembly castings. None of the mounting holes are shown because this came from the casting drawing so no machining has been done yet in these views. When installing on the engine the top plate, which will include the intercooler core, is not bolted to the manifold yet. The manifold has countersunk screw holes where socket head cap screws are used in the stock twelve positions to mount it to the engine then the top plate is mounted to the manifold after it has been mounted to the supercharger.
